Hi, Do you mean you want to make a user to be these admins at once or you mean you want to make the configuration in the more convenient way instead of configuring them in the SharePoint pages. If you want to make them at once , there is no way to achieve this . If you mean to configure them in a more convenient way , I suggest you use the Stsadm command , it may make thing more simple .
