Below is an exception I am getting when I try to create a custom Activity workflow in FIM 2010. This is an action workflow trying to generate a Display Name. I can go in, see the Activity and put in something like [//Target/LastName], [//Target/FirstName]. When I hit save I get a FIM error box stating unable to process request and the exception shows in the event log. I have been able to make other workflow activities with no problems. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. I had one typo in the code. Attached to the FIM process and was able to track it down. The exception given in this post was not related to the error.
