Hi, I have a 2008 reporting server running in Hyper V. When deploying a report and running it in IE on the server I get the result very fast. I can also connect to reporting website from the internet and when running the same report via that connection it takes the report about 5 to 10 times longer. Anyone an idea on the improving performance for that? And how to start searching for performance problems? Regards, Nico

You "may" be running into network latency issues over the internet. Can you verify the response time from within the local LAN but from say a workstation, rather than running the report directly on the server?
