I have a report requirement, need to show 44 columns, 247000 rows, & 10 parameters in a report from CUBE. I tried to work on SSRS but there are rendering issues. I am unable to see a preview. This requirement is working fine in Crystal Reports. My Question is SSRS is unable to handle this much data? All the MDX queries from cube are running faster(with in seconds, execution time) in SSMS. I don't know what's wrong? I need your suggestions. Thanks in Advance, Tarak.

<pedant mode> 247,000 rows is NOT a report, it is a data dump </pedant mode> That being said, SSRS should be able to handle this but it may take a bit of render time. you may be better off setting this up as a subscription so that you just see the end product. To see where the time is being taken, have a look at the reportserver tempdb database at the executionlog table - this will tell you how much of the time is taken on query processing vs report renderingRgds Geoff
