Peregrine's ServiceCenter 6.0 with Microsoft SCOM
Hi All,
We are planning to integrate Peregrine's ServiceCenter 6.0 with Microsoft SCOM ( System Center Operations Manager) where SCOM 2007 is used for monitoring and managing application, servers and clients in large enterprise. Our idea of integration is that we will integrate the Peregrine's ServiceCenter 6.0 with SCOM 2007 where SCOM will manage the servers, applications etc. and will raise tickets in Service Desk for any incident. I would like to know whether anyone has integrated SCOM2007 with Peregrine's ServiceCenter 6.0already?

Hi,
I have not worked with Peregrine
ServiceCenter, but
other ticketing systems. Make sure you read about the universal
connector that
is free from Microsoft for Ops Mgr R2. I also think that iWave has a
connector
for http://www.iwaveintegrator.com/<
/A>,
they had one for MOM 2005.
