there is no advertisement available for the PC. ProcessDatabaseReply: No Advertisement found in Db for device smspxe 26/10/2011 10:31:53 PM 928 (0x03A0) Make sure the computer is pressent in the collection holding the adv, and that it is not obsolete.. Alternatively you could boot from CD, and check out the log files in X:\window\temp\smstslog\ as they will give you more info Michael Petersen My Deployment Blog - http://blog.coretech.dk/mip

Hi Michael, I created the adv after I created TS, I am using the adv to use specific collection. I am using the following link: http://www.windows-noob.com/forums/index.php?/topic/667-deploy-windows-7/ Alternatively you could boot from CD, and check out the log files in X:\window\temp\smstslog\ as they will give you more info. Are you saying boot the machine (which I am suing it for PXE boot) from the CD? thx

yes.. Booting fro CD will always get you to win PE, and there you can examine the logs!.. PSP throwing a abortpxe could be many things like machine not in collection machine obsolete/not active machine required to all systems, and deployment collection not yet refreshed machine in provisioned computers machine still in wds cache machine flagged as already pxe booted (mandatory adv) Michael Petersen My Deployment Blog - http://blog.coretech.dk/mip
