Where and how I can set the complexity of responses to questions? Length of the response or complexity.
Users can reply to all questions - "1". This is wrong by security reasons...

you can't with the shipped QA Gate. You have to write yours to do that
That said, you can contact PSS and open a DCR. We will triage the DCR according to your business case
