Hi All, I am passing very long parameters to the report server URL , due to the limitation of characters in address bar of internet explorer the the report server URL is being truncated and i am not able to pass the complete parameter , is there any way to pass Large varchar max parameters via report server URL? Hi Naresh, It is true that many servers and browsers limit the number of characters allowed in a URL. In some cases, a 256-character limit is imposed. To get around this limitation, you can use POST requests using form submission. Besides, you could also decrease the Report folder's name's string and report name's string length to work aound the issue.
