Partial replication to one child site out of 57
I'm stumped on this one. I've scoured Technet and other sites. I've found similar issues but nothing exactly like this. But I've tried the recommendations and we still have this issue. We have 57 child sites connected to a parent site. They are all running SCCM 2007 R3, most are Server 2008 Standard, a few are Server 2008 R2 Standard. This one in particular is 2008 R2. With every other child site, the parent site packages show up under Software Distribution --> Packages --> Enterprise. From there we have it broken down into folders (Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.). For the other 56 child sites, they are organized properly and all are listed. But for this one child site, under packages there is just a random list of the parent site packages mixed with their own local packages. And they only show maybe 75% of the available packages. The only errors I could find that seem to point to this issue is the objreplmgr. There are a lot of "failed to insert object" errors. But those exist even on the sites that are receiving the packages properly. Every child site is built per a build guide we created. I had this one site go through the guide again to make sure they didn't miss anything. They say everything checks out. The parent site logs show it's replicating down with no errors. And the fact that they show a lot of packages, but they're not organized, just stumps us. There's obviously communication and replication occurring, but why it's so random is beyond me. Any hints of things to check would be greatly appreciated. Btw, I have tried deleting the child site from the parent site (sender address, sitetositeconnection, etc.) and re-adding them, and I've had them do the same on the child site, then re-add. Still nothing. I don't know if we need to disconnect and let all the packages disappear before re-adding. It's just bizarre. In my years of doing this it's a first. And with 56 other child sites, all replicating and displaying the proper package structure, I don't get why this one isn't. Especially since they were all built the same. EDIT: I'm going to disconnect the child site on the parent site side and leave it for a few hours. Then re-add it and see what happens. That's one thing I haven't done yet.

You didn't mention it, but I'm assuming you've already tried preinst /synchild <child site code> ??Standardize. Simplify. Automate.

Oh yeah. I've deleted pending jobs, then tried a preinst sync. And the replmgr.box history shows that it replicates successfully every day. But he never shows all the packages and they're not organized like the 56 other child sites. It's bizarre.

When you run this SQL query on your central site database, do you have TypeFlag = 2 in the result? SELECT [SiteCode] ,[TypeFlag] ,[SerialNumber] ,[BinaryData] FROM SiteControl

Well it looks like doing a complete disconnect and deletion of the site is what did it. I removed the client from the parent site, and then did a preinst /delsite to completely wipe them out on our end. They removed all parent site entries on their end too. I gave it the weekend and reattached it on Monday. When I checked today all the parent site packages were displaying properly.
