Is this a new site? Did it ever work? Is the MP remote? Any errors in mpcontrol.log?

How is PXE being delivered on the network - DHCP scope settings 66/67 or IP Helpers on network devices?

The timeout error means your PXE client is not able to communicate with the PXE server. . .need to investigate it from the network perspective first.

SccmSec3220nb.windows.nyc.hra.nycnet. is secondary site and distribution point. There are no errors in MPCONTROL.log.

We are using IP helper tables.

Network team fixed the IP Helper table issue.
