PWA 2010 is not supported  on IE 10,here is requirement should be open with IE10.

Any possiblityies I can easly usse all functanality with IE10.

IE 10 is supported only under compatibility mode.  Ctrl-T to see it in the menu and click on compatibility view setting and  add URL same . After that error will resolve.

But can have any solution with out changing compatability view

I think this issue  will be addressed in service pack , until then you have to continue to use PWA site in compatibility mode.

SP2 does not resolve the problem.

This looks like a bug in determining the version of the browser: If you open the developer tools in IE11 and expose the agent string in "Internet Explorer 7", "Internet Explorer 8" or "Internet Explorer 9", then there is no error, but if you select "Internet Explorer 10" or "Internet Explorer 11" - it appears.

It seems that the check is for the first digit.

How to contact with developers team Project Server?
