Dileep,
Please check if your report is following these standards:
1) Go to properties and select Report
width= 8.5in and height=11in . (Portrait format)
Margins: 0.1,0.1,0.1,0.1in
Go to properties and select Body
width= 8in and height=10.5in
But, if your reports are not able to fit into this,
2) Go to properties and select Report
width=11in and height=8.5in (Landscape format)
Margins: 0.1,0.1,0.1,0.1in
Go to properties and select Body
width= 10.5in and height= 8in
Note:
(Body Width + Left margin + Right margin) <= (Page
width)

Manoj

Dileep,
Did you check both height and width of report?
It should be within the standards mentioned above.
The height of the report can be the issue based on your post!Regards,
Manoj

Dileep,
Change the width to 11in and not 11.5 in
The combination should be (11in, 8.5in) or (8.5in, 11in)

Hi Dileep,
If we are using a matrix in the report, we can try to add a column break in the matrix to control the number of columns. For more information, please refer to the article below:

By the way, there is a blog about Logical and Physical Pagination Rules, please see:
