When a users computer is replaced with a newer one, what process should be followed in SCCM? We currently name the new system the same as the old, but this is causing issues in SCCM in that the records for the old system stay in the database as well. Am I missing something that would clear out the old records, or is it caused by reusing the computer name? Thanks
