Is PCNS supported on W2K8 R2 Server Core DCs yet? I found an old post from Brjann stating that it hadn't been tested and as such is not supported. http://blogs.technet.com/identitymanagement/archive/2009/02/27/is-connecting-to-ad-on-windows-server-2008-supported-with-ilm-2007-is-pcns-supported-as-well.aspx

Hi Markus, The question is around 2008 R2 CORE installs. Everything I read about this seems to say that it can be done by hacking the installer but as the OP pointed out - Brjann said it is untested and unsupported. So, the question is: Is this going to be tested any time soon and when can we expect support for installing PCNS on Server Core machines? -Jeremy
