Currently I have 200+ applications which need to be monitor and few of them need to alert on % health state of servers. Hi If you are creating your own rule \ monitor then you can return the effective threshold via a property bag which can be included in an alert description. If you are using a sealed rule \ monitor then you can't change what the author hasn't exposed as an override and I don't think any alert descriptions are available as overrides. I did create a feedback item in 2010 (ID 547786) asking for alert descriptions to be exposed as overrides but no luck so far. HI There isn't really any workaround for this that I'd see as scalable.
