Is it possible to display all the scheduled outlook meeting (At least next three meetings) of a person, on click of a link, which is in the people web part hover panel Footer section. And is it possible to implement the following scenarios as well,

• If the "current user"      and the "people item displayed"(User Name) are same then the      user should be able to open the meeting occurrence/series
• If the "current user" is      different from the "people item displayed" (User Name) then also      the user should be able to open the meeting occurrence/series

Kindly let me know, in the above scenarios which are all possible...

SharePoint provides OOB webparts for integrating Outlook contents into SharePoint with little configuration.
You can use those webparts for displaying Outlook calendar(meeting occurrences) as per your needs.
