Outlook 2013 will not connect to my work Exchange Server using our VPN

Outlook 2013 will not connect to my work Exchange Server using our VPN when on a hardline from my home office.  However, if I use wireless, it connects fine, so there is no problem with the VPN or Outlook.  I have two Windows 10 PCs (desktop and Surface Pro 3) and both of them worked fine on W8.1 before the W10 upgrade.  I still have a Dell laptop on W8.1 that also works fine, and thankfully I didn't upgrade it!

I also just upgraded my Verizon Fios router to their 2015 model which I was hoping would fix the problem but still have exactly the same problem.

It seems the problem is with the network drivers for NICs, or there is something about the way W10 manages network cards and drivers that is different and I'm just missing a setting or something, or there is some new setting on VPN that I am missing.  The SP3 uses a Marvell driver whilst my PC uses an Intel driver so not isolated to one chipset.

This is killing me because I can't get email on my primary work machine now!!  Microsoft Tech Support - can you help me?? :)

Hi,

Based on your description, did you mean when you use the VPN connection, the Outlook cannot connect to the Exchange Server. But if you don't use the VPN, the connection is fine.

Could you access other computer shared access at the same time when you use the VPN?

Did you use the third-part VPN client? Some VPN client is not working fine with Windows 10 and Exchange Server.

You could following this thread to change the IP settings for test:
