My outlook was working fine prior to the install. Now when I start Outllook, the blue window pops out that says" Outlook" and in the bottom left of that window it says starting.  It takes 5 - 10 minutes for the program to open.  Why does it take so long???

Does your system support the entire requirement related to Window 10?

You can also do some changes like: Delete your Temporary File from your system, Disable unwanted items from startup.
