When I attempt to launch Outlook 2010, I get the following message: "Cannot start Microsoft outlook. cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect with microsoft exchange with the current profile before you can synchornize you folders with you outlook data file(.ost)." I am not going to use outlook with exchange. I beleive the solution would be to delete the profile, but there is no mail icon in my control panel. Any help appreciated. Thank you HK
