I upgraded to Windows 10 and now my Outlook 2010 won't send email. It says it is sent and shows up in the sent folder, but never arrives at any other email. I cannot send email to myself either. Receiving is fine. I have checked settings with my ISP and all are correct. If I use there web email it works fine. If I send from the server, it arrives in the Inbox, just like all the other mail, but when I send from Oulook it never gets to the server.

Follow these instructions and check to see if the problem resolves itself. Good idea to reboot the machine after completing the SFC /Scannow process
