Outlook 2007 integration with SharePoint 2007
Hi, I need some of you help or suggesion on the topic. Actually I wanted to archieve the outlook mails in SharePoint server 2007. Please let know what are the easiest and efficients options available to achieve the same. 1. The outlook client should be able to get the mails item with attachment and shown to user 2. The possibility for attachment from 2GB to 20 GB. 3. The archieved mail item should be available for its owner(This can be achived using Item level permission but I wanted the permission to be applied autonatically when Item moved from Mailbox to SharePoint server). Hi, A free tool called SharePoint Outlook 2007/2010 Connector will give you the ability to upload an email attachment to SharePoint document library with the email meta data. Please give it a try. but before that you have to manually set Outlook attachment size from Exchange server. After that you can create auto forward rule and point SharePoint Doc Lib email address to send emails with an attachment.
