Other maps open at the same time :(

Hello Everyone I have a SP 2010 question and really hope someone can help me out here with this frustrating problem.

I have a world map and if you click on a country (for example: Germany) it goes to a library named certificates where you can see all the certificates that belong to Germany.

I have added a list "Project" to the library as a WebPart but before you can see the data you have to click on the yellow map and than it also automatically filters on the country.

But the problem is it also opens some other maps at the same time like "Technical" and this is not what I want I can't understand why some other maps also open when I only click on the map "Project".

This is really annoying and ruins everything.

So can someone please help me solving this issue.

Thanks!

Isn't there any zoom in functionality, can you provide a screen shot?

Got you, It is the same page and same view.

By default SharePoint keeps the same page and just modifies the URL on click of any folder.

You need to create different views to be redirected and with the help of JavaScript modify the click event of <<Project Data>>

I think this is not possible out of box. ping me back in case of Issues.

Is it possible to solve this without JavaScript because we cannot use SharePoint Designer here.

Hi Arcadia,

Please create a new page and insert the same lists and libraries, then test whether the issue occurs.

Please create a new page in other site collection and insert several lists and libraries with folder, then test whether the issue occurs.

Please rename the Technical folder in the problematic and test whether the issue occurs.

Feel freely to reply after you have tested.

I don't think, it is possible without customization.
