Hi All, I'm experiencing issues (slow) with Remote Control and Remote Assistance when I'm connecting from the Main Office to Computers located in Branch Offices. I found that you could use a GPO for Remote Assistance that only works on Vista and later. So, how do I optimize Remote Control and Remote Assistance in this kind of environments? Hi, 1# for remote assistance, you can use the "turn on bandwidth optimization" rule in GPO. 2# for remote desktop you can configure the option "Choose your connection speed to optimize performance" locally, I don't remember if that option is available on GPO !!
