Ops Mgr Event Viewer Error
Greetings, Can you help explain the following Health Service Script Error ID: 6028 DiscoverHealthServiceCommunicationRelationships.js : HealthServiceCommuncation relationship discovery for HealthServices configured via AD Integration Could not find "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager\3.0\Agent Management Groups\GCQ-HL7_MG\AD Cache\Primary SCP Info\Service DNS Name" The HealthService needs at least a primary management server to communicate. This may indicate that the following: * HealthService has not queried and cached the AD SCPs yet * HealthService doesn't have access to any SCPs, yet is configured for AD Integration Match results: undefined Thanks,

Hi, Is this error occurs on the SCE server or clients? If it occurs on server, we can use the following method to modify registry key to eliminate the Error ID 6028. I guess you are using the AD integration management pack, please open System Registry on the SCE server and locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HealthService\Parameters\ConnectorManager Please find if there is the key "EnableADIntegration"=1 By default, the EnableADIntegration key should be set to 0 on the SCE server. The RMS also should not have an Agent Management Groups key under hklm\software\microsoft\microsoft operations manager\3.0\. Can you check the enableadintegration key and verify its setting? If it is set to 1 please change it to 0 and restart the health service. This should clear up the event 6028 you are seeing. If you have any questions please let me know. Thank you. Hi Robbin, I am getting the same log on the RMS (SCOM2007R2).I wrote this parameter to register.(EnableADIntegration=1).Because, I want to integrate with SCOM RMS to AD. How can modify registry ?Because when I look the registry RMS server there is "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager\3.0\Agent Management Groups". But writing in the log "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager\3.0\Agent Management Groups\DEVASCOMMG\AD Cache\Primary SCP Info\Service DNS Name" I couldn't understand this.I have to access the registry seetings or key,but where and what ? "The HealthService needs at least a primary management server to communicate." What can I do? thanks advices.
