Operations Manager is reporting that i'm getting the following errors in SCCM, but when i look at the site status i only see one error totally diffrent from those listed: SVR-xxxx - ConfigMgr 2007 Status: Hierarchy Manager cannot connect to the SMS site database. A new monitored SMS status message on machine SVR-xxxx from component SMS_HIERARCHY_MANAGER with message ID 3303 was found in the site PTA database. The status message contains message properties Machine Name: SVR-xxxx Module Name: SMS Server Component: SMS_HIERARCHY_MANAGER Message ID: 3303 SVR-xxxx - ConfigMgr 2007 Status: Object Replication Manager failed to process changes to SMS Objects but will retry on next processing cycle. A new monitored SMS status message on machine SVR-xxxx from component SMS_OBJECT_REPLICATION_MANAGER with message ID 6004 was found in the site xxx database. The status message contains message properties Machine Name: SVR-xxxx Module Name: SMS Server Component: SMS_OBJECT_REPLICATION_MANAGER Message ID: 6004 Win32 Error: -1 SVR-xxxx - ConfigMgr 2007 Status: SMS State System error processing message file. A new monitored SMS status message on machine SVR-xxxx from component SMS_STATE_SYSTEM with message ID 6101 was found in the site xxx database. A new monitored SMS status message on machine SVR-CONFM from component SMS_WSUS_CONFIGURATION_MANAGER with message ID 6603 was found in the site xxx database. The status message contains message properties Machine Name: SVR-xxxx Module Name: SMS Server Component: SMS_WSUS_CONFIGURATION_MANAGER Message ID: 6603 Win32 Error: 0 Top Level Site Code: Database Record ID: 232638 SVR-xxxx - ConfigMgr 2007 Status: WSUS Sync Manager error. A new monitored SMS status message on machine SVR-xxxx from component SMS_WSUS_SYNC_MANAGER with message ID 6700 was found in the site xxx database. The status message contains message properties Machine Name: SVR-xxxx Module Name: SMS Server Component: SMS_WSUS_SYNC_MANAGER Message ID: 6700 Win32 Error: -2147467259 The error i do get is a Message ID 3813 from SMS_OFFER_STATUS_SUMMARIZER but it hasent happend since earlier this morning SMS Offer Status Summarizer cannot process a status message because it does not contain an Advertisement ID. As a result, the Advertisement Status summary data in the SMS Administrator console may be inaccurate. The message (ID 10075) was reported by component "Software Distribution" on computer "xxxxxxxx" at site PTA on 9/30/2010 7:59:38 AM. I am not sure why SCOM is reporing if SCCM is not but if you really want to find out what wrong with those specific components I would recommend checking their respective logs. for heirarchy manager it is -- hman.log for offer Manager -- offermgr.log for offer summarizer it is -- offersum.log if you are unsure if the issue is still occuring, i usually resets error/warning counts on those specific components so that they can come back fresh if the issue reoccurs. This way you can look at the logs when staus on those components go red.
