Operation Manager Input Data from Windows Computers

I just want to know about about what are the data , events and performance counters that SCOM agents gather from Windows Servers/Computers for Health and Performance Monitoring. please refer some links for better understan

With SCOM you can configure it to collect pretty much anything you like about your servers / applications / networks / services etc

You can download management packs relating to a service, for example - Active Directory, Exchange, SQL. That are pre configured to discover and monitor those applications as a service

The default monitors for Windows Servers can monitor the following:

I don't have any links specifically telling what gets monitored, but as Andrew says you can gather pretty much what you want. With the Operating System management packs you get about all you need about event, performance, health etc.
