Hi all, The folder contains Operating system wim file by mistake the folders' share permission & security permission has changed, once i get the details this folder contains operating wim file, so i had changed the share & security permission for sccmadmin user as full permission, after this i just updated the operating system image DP "update all distribution points with a new package source version" status is showing Install Pending... now i just waited for 1 whole day.. no hope... please help...

try and grant the sccm server computer account full control to the DP Michaelhttp://kongkuba1.spaces.live.com

Also, check the Distmgr.log file on the SCCM Site Server to see if that provides any more information. I had a similar issue the other day and it turned out a member of staff had a file locked open in the source directory preventing the folder being sent to the distribution point.
