Opening links externally
I want to open ALL links in a new window... not in a new tab or in the same window.  If MS allows this in the updated version of IE, how do I do this?

Hi,

Tools>Internet Options>General tab, Tabs section, 'Tabs' button, select "When a popup is encountered - always open in a new window".

If you have the Google Toolbar installed, it has its own popup blocker, which you can disable from its settings ('spanner' icon on the toolbar)... Other Toolbar addons that you have installed may have their own popup blockers also... you only need one. Third party addons can affect how the built-in features and settings of the browser behave.

Regards.
