Oobe reboot loop after sysprep - Windows 10 Pro Build 10240

Hi!

Just as many others I have a problem with finalize a fresh install of Windows 10.

I have been syspreped my installation where I have moved the location of the userfolders and programdata. It was done with SIM in audit mode and then ran sysprep /oobe /reboot /unattend:'answer file'.

When the sysprep is done the computer reboots a couple of times. After a while I get to a welcome screen to configure country, language and so on. After I get the screen where you choose the Privacy settings (not sure of the English name here, I have the Swedish version) the configuration continues with "Wait a moment" the screen blinks/flickers once and then reboots. The process starts all over again after reboot.

No matter what the settings are or how easy I make the answer file this always happends.

Where do I go from here?

If I go back to audit mode from here, pretty much no menus are working anymore.

Anyone managed to sysprep the final builds of Windows 10 at all so far? No matter what in a answer file?

Hi Johan,

Could you please have a share with the step about how you changed the location of the User folder and the ProgramsData folder?

Apart from the OOBE part, the system seems to be not able to start the Profile initialization.

Please take a try to run sysprep with no answer file, see if this time Windows would setup.
