One user cannot see all content under Incident management

Hi all,

we have a new Helpdesk user that cannot see all content under Work Items - Incident Management.

I thought this is assigned thru Administration - security - user roles.

We have assigned him to same roles as another agent (that it works for) but for this new user it doesn't work.

If I sign in with my account on same computer I can see everything, so its not local issue.

What are we missing?
