This error keeps coming as one or more number of protocols are missing. The laptop is a Dell Inspiron N5110. Tried installing Windows 10 twice. Can this be fixed? seems like a big problem.

When do you get this error? I've seen it while trying to access a NAS device.  Try using the ip address rather than the name.  There still seem to be problems with non windows devices.

This error comes only when I use it to connect to my wifi. This laptop came with windows 7, without any problems. I am not able to attach an image or link about the error in this site.

1. Remember that this is preview and NOT RTM version. Not all functionality is available.

2. Contact Dell support/forum and ask for help there.
