I use MOSS 2007. Currently, 2 users in my team met different problem about opening PDF file. As other users can open PDF file correctly, I think this problem maybe more about the personal computer settings. The first errors is below: After click a PDF file, an error message jump out "The instruction at "0x01712863" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program How to fix this problem?Thanks!Lloonoca

Hey Lloonoca,That is a program termination error. I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the PDF reader (Adobe reader?) that you are using. It appears to me that it might have a corrupt binary on that computer's hard drive somewhere. :-)Thanks C http://www.cjvandyk.com/blog

It must be pdf document corruption if it's true I should suggest you http://www.pdf.fixtoolbox.com to repair pdf files
