We have a SharePoint on premise environment which is hosted for external access (published to internet)

i.e. SharePoint 2013 sites can be accessed from Internet

We have My Sites and One Drive configured for SharePoint 2013 one premise (not Office 365 one drive..I reiterate.. )

When i log in to the One drive for business app ( by providing URL, NT Account user name and password) and click on Sign In... It shows a message of "Configuring" for 6 seconds and then nothing pops up. Screen remains in Sign In Page (boring blue color screen)

My question to the team is:

• Can we access ON-PREMISE SharePoint One drive through the iPad app ?
• What URL should we provide in the Authentication Page (advanced options) ?
• I have provided URL of My Site ? Is it fine ?
• In Android, One drive for Business App, am unable to see the provision for typing NT account user name, It only asks for email address ? Does that mean we cannot access hosted on premise sharepoint one drive with Android Apps ?

Android OD4B does not support on-prem installations. For iOS, make sure you're using this version: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/skydrive-pro-for-office-365/id655772279.
