My client had a Sharepoint site.  We have moved the documents under the OneDrive site online.

They share only this one location.

An invitation was sent to the users of the domain.

It is creating and installing under SharePoint/OneDrive for Business/Shared with Everyone

We cannot seem to stop that behavior.

Does anyone have a solution?  We have uninstalled Office 365 and OneDrive for Business and reinstalled.

From your description, my understanding is that you want to you want to remove

Navigate to Shared with Everyone->Share->Shared with->Advanced:

Then Remove User Permissions from there:

What do you mean OneDrive is installing under SharePoint directory?

Do you want to stop syncing file in SharePoint library to OneDrive for Business? Right click on OneDrive for Business and stop syncing a folder.
