Old workflow emails are received
Hi All, I am having a issue with old workflow emails. my clients are getting emails for 2011 tasks and the mail says your task is overdue. Thos items do not even exists in the library anymore and not only that the workflow is also deleted long time back from the library. As a part of troubleshooting , 1) I searched in the task list if there is any old task still there but there is none of them. 2) I searched in the workflow history list and could find those old items there, then I deleted them but still users are getting those mails. What to do next? Please advise.......

Thanks for your reply Steven, but i am not aware about this ticket concept. what ticket you are talking about? the user is getting workflow emails not alert emails. Please elaborate your suggestion
