Often Health Service Heartbeat Failure on Windows Server
i've often Health Service Heartbeat Failure Alerts.
Try to restart the System Center Management Service but the service couldn't be stopped. The only way to stop the service is to kill the Healthservice.exe process.
In the Eventlog Operation manager i see the event id 4506
Data was dropped due to too much outstanding data in rule "Microsoft.SystemCenter.Agent.MonitoringHost.PrivateBytesThreshold" running for instance
What could be the reason that the System Center Management Service is "frozen"?

Helle Lehugo,
Are you trying the restart the Health Service on the Managementserver on on an agent?
As for the event you're talking about, try to increase the threshold for this rule in the override screen.
Good Luck!

Hi
What operating system is the server? Does it have memory \ cpu performance issues?
Do you have anti-virus exclusions configured?
Have you tried flushing the health service cache on the agent? If so, does this resolve the issue?
