Good Morning, I'm not sure if this question is best for the Office forum or here so my apologies if incorrect. The issue we are facing is that the staff will search for an image, clipart etc. while putting together a presentation. They'll take that image and include it and next thing you know they are giving a professional presentation to a client with a rights protected, watermarked image. What's worse is we often have a paid version of the image. Now I would think that a little disciplinary action would go a long way here but that option is not available to me sooo....we are trying to get all our multimedia content organized and available to our staff via Sharepoint. What I would like to do / know is if it is possible OOB or custom to hook/direct the media search capability of Office products to Sharepoint. For example when I open Powerpoint then Insert >> Clip Art I am given a search option and I can search Office.com, the web, etc. Now I understand I will have to do some VSTO development work but what I want to know is if Sharepoint will allow / exposes these search queries or will I have to write a WCF service? BTW Another person is tasked with providing a business case for using Drupal so any tidbits to keep Drupal out of my life would be greatly appreciated. I know the major ones such as freeware and pleading support vs professional support etc. Any direction, articles, etc. would be greatly appreciated JB
