Office Online Preview on Windows Server 2016 Tech Preview 3

I am getting a setup error from OOP Preview - "Setup is unable to proceed due to the following error(s): This product requires Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5. Correct the issue(s) listed above and re-run setup."

If I try to run the offline .Net 4.5.2 setup it is blocked.  How can I get OOP Preview installed?  Uninstalling .Net Framework 4.6 is not an option since it is a part of Windows 2016.

FYI - The other two pre requisites are installed.

Thank you,

Noral
