• I've created outlook and Hotmail account after that I've added this account on Office 365 small. In my outlook and Hotmail bot Id I'm have received the mail from sharepoint which I request for sharing. But when I click on link and try to access sharepoint site Its showing below error screen :-

Hi,

I have done a test in my SharePoint online.

When received an email, If choose click here, I got the same issue with you, If choose the site collection, it worked fine.

Refer to the following steps:

1. Go to the site collection which will be shared with external users.
2. External sharing feature enabled on the Office 365 Service Settings.
3. In the upper right corner of the screen, select Share, in the Share dialog box, type the names of the external users, select Show Options, select Send an email invitation and then select the group.
4.  Then the external user receive an email. From email, Go To Site collection, This is a mandatory service communication. To set your contact preferences for other communications, click here.
5. Click the shared Site collection, Then click Microsoft account, it jumps to the site collection with the external account directly.

Besides, after Shared with external users,go to Site Settings->Access requests and invitations->make sure the external users has been approved.

In Site Settings->Access requests and invitations,

Approve button is showing disable for me. Can you please advice how to activiate it.

Also external sharing has on in my site setting;
