I keep getting this error when I try to install Office 2013 Pro Plus (64 bits) in Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bits)

Microsoft Bootstrapper has stopped working...

A problem cause the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available

I have tried(separately):

1. Clean Boot

2. 32 bits version

3. Stopping Print Spools  

4. Removing AppCompatFlags from regedit

5. Removing all other versions of Office (This PC is a clean install so no other Office are present)

6. Turning Off Firewall and Windows Defender

And some other which I forgot. Please Help.
