Tryed IIsreset and also have restart this server. my other front web server is not getting this error. I have started getting this error on my other front web server.Event Type:WarningEvent Source:Office Server SearchEvent Category:Gatherer Event ID:2436Date:4/17/2009Time:2:59:07 PMUser:N/AComputer:JPFS03Description:The start address <http://projectserver> cannot be crawled. Context: Application 'IntranetServices', Catalog 'Portal_Content' Details:Access is denied. Check that the Default Content Access Account has access to this content, or add a crawl rule to crawl this content. (0x80041205) For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.The error a access is denied but i have checked to make sure this user have full read access to the site. I also for a short time reset the content access user to a user that has full control of the site and was still getting the same error.

The access denied message can be because of multiple reasons: NTLM authentication for search has been turned off. Please enableWindows authentication forhttp://projectserver in IIS. Incorrect format of the default content access account (do accountname@domainname instead of domainname\accountname). The password can also be wrong. Also if youjust installed .NET framework 3.5, then it can be fixed using the below procedure (registry tweak): Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK. In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa Right-click Lsa, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. Type DisableLoopbackCheck, and then press ENTER. Right-click DisableLoopbackCheck, and then click Modify. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. Quit Registry Editor, and then restart your computer. Please let me know if any of the above helps...Thanks,Prashanth

Try the below fix if you cannot login to the sites from the server but can login to the sites outside the server. The belowsteps will fix it. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK. In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\LsaRight-click Lsa, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. Type DisableLoopbackCheck, and then press ENTER. Right-click DisableLoopbackCheck, and then click Modify. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. Quit Registry Editor, and then restart your computer. Thanks,Prashanth
