Odd missing mysite
I have Sharepoint installed on three servers. The primary server hosting the original Central Administration works fine. The other two I added as Web front ends however do not have the mysite links when going to the very same sharepoint sites. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Most of kind things are "permissions" Did you check if the user that logs in on the front-end has rigts to see the link My site?If you found this post helpful, please "Vote as Helpful". Hi, Mysite links gets visible via personalization services permissions in SSP. So it should not be server specific. Can you confirm if you are using same ID to logging in both the servers. I hope this will help you out. Thanks, Rahul Rashu

At this point I'm just getting it installed and looking it over. So the only person looking at it is myself, so I don't think permissions would be the problem. As to the 2nd reply, yep, it's just me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this thing several times, trying to figure out why the mysite was not appearing, when I noticed it was working fine on the primary server but not on the other two servers. The main site appears fine on all three servers, with the same exact theme and content settings. However the other two servers don't have anything related to My Site or My Favorites.

Nice to see everyone (including me) is stumped on this one. Can we get a MS guy to chime in?
