October Cumulative Updates for Moss 2007 & WSS
Does anyone have any idea when the October 2010 cuulative updates for Moss & WSS will be released? I'm hoping it will include the fix for the MS10-072 vulnerability.

The KB articles are live they can be found at the following locations: KB 2412268 - WSS 3.0 KB 2412267 - MOSS 2007 KB 2394323 - SharePoint Foundation 2010 KB 2394320 - SharePoint Server 2010 KB 2394322 - SharePoint Server 2010 with Project Server Note: There is a separate Full Server Package for SharePoint Server 2010 with Project Server which simplifies patching of this common installation. Thanks for this Ivan. Any idea if the MS10-072 vulnerability fix been included in this release?

Hi Ivan, thank-you for your assistance. I have installed the October 2010 cumulative updates throughout our Farm (both WSS & Moss), and then my intention was to apply the MS10-072 patch. However, when I tried the subsequent patch I was told 'this update already exists'. So, therefore, I believe it must be included in the October updates as no-one else apart from me is actively patching our Farm
