Obsolete workstation in a collection
I'm doing OS deployment and i seldom see that there are quite many of obsolete workstation in one of my collection. Why does it always have a duplication of workstation where one is obsolete and one is not? can I delete the obsolete workstation from my
collection and does it have any effect?

Hello - Nope, it won't really effect.

Obsolete
Indicates whether this client record is obsolete.
A record that is marked obsolete typically was superseded by a newer record for the same client. The newer record becomes the client's current record, and the older record becomes obsolete.

Yes, you can delete the obsolete record without any problems. What many are doing is creating a site maintenance rule to automatically delete obsolete records. You can also create a collection with all the obsolete records, and delete the objects using "Delete
special" on the collection.
