When i try to send a e-mail with outlook web acces. I get the following error message Rights management operation failed.

Hello i allready found the solution:

Open exchange powershell

1. Log on to the exchange server and open (as Administrator) the Exchange Management Shell (EMS)
2. Run "Get-OWAVirtualDirectory | FL" and search for IRM; you'll probably see that it's enabled.
3. Run "Set-OWAVirtualDirectory -IRMEnabled $false"
4. owa (Default Web Site)

Now reset IIS and try OWA again.

Four years ago I solved this problem.
I forget everything about it sorry. 

Run below command

Get-OWAVirtualDirectory |fl Identity

This will give you Identity.

you are getting prompt for identity because there are more than 1 owa virtual directory

Or you can run

Get-OwaVirtualDriectory | Set-OwaVirtualDirectory -IRMEnabled:$false

I want send a new mail from exchange 2010 mail box, but when i click on new tab (For Compose Mail) its show error massage "Right Management Operation failed"

i have tried a command for resolve issues but problem is same.Command is this.

Get-OWAVirtualDirectory |fl Identity
Get-OwaVirtualDriectory | Set-OwaVirtualDirectory -IRMEnabled:$false
