Hi ,

I had created OU Based Device Collection in SCCM 2012 r2, all the computers of IT (AD OU)  was showing in IT (OU Based Device Collection) device collection in SCCM without any issue.

before 1 Month ago i had moved some Computers from IT (AD OU)  to another OU in AD, now issue is once today i checked IT Device Collection (in SCCM) all the Computers are still showing that is moved to another OU by AD. means many machines are not in IT OU in AD but showing in IT (OU based device Collection) in SCCM..

I have run the AD System discovery and checked the logs many machines (that i had moved to another OU) is not discovered through the IT AD OU than why those old machines are showing in IT Device Collection in SCCM.. please s

Are those machine still in on OU that is covered by discovery at all?

In AD Discovery logs such machines status are showing right (as per the current OU in AD) , but the issue is those machines are showing still in IT Device Collection in SCCM but such devices are already moved to another OU in AD one month before..

all those machines are inactive in SCCM..

 

i have enabled the AD Group Discovery and my Problem solved.
