I'VE RUN SCANPST.EXE AND IT SAYS IT'S REPAIRED, BUT STILL CRASHES EVERYTIME I TRY TO OPEN.

the posted repair tool (inside from outlook) should allow you to recover the pst.

But I don't think that the WPT can help you for this ;).

I am having similar issue a while ago, finally resolved the problem with this PST repair tool.
