OSD task sequence is downloading all files from a certain loctation for no reason.
I have been using a task sequence to deploy an operating system. At the end of the task sequence i have a delete software job that deletes an audio driver. This was working fine for months but now when it gets to that point of the TS it starts to download all the files from the images folder on my sccm server. This is adding about 2 hours to the OSD and is extreamly annoying. I have no reference to the folder location in the TS and with my very limited knowledge have no idea how it has started to happen. Any help would be much appriciated.

It obviously should only do things you told it to do. If you disable that task in the TS does it still happen. First I would be sure it was that task that causes all these files to be downloaded. You don't see anything out of the ordinary in your TS log file on the machine? Now when you say everything from your images folder what are you talking about, the WIM for that machine or all WIM's? Where is downloading too? The TS cache folder?http://www.sccm-tools.com http://sms-hints-tricks.blogspot.com
