Keep on getting an error "cannot write to servername.domain\SMSSite\WIn32 error...etc" when i tried to install the OS image to other DP. I read somewhere, that this relates to hard disk space is full... Is it true?

Where and when are you getting this error? You've only given us a brief snippet that contains no real technical details.
