OSD failing on new DP. Cannot find packages.

I have been at this for a week now. I am running SCCM 2012 R2 with CU4.

I created a new DP on Server 2012 R2 to replace one that was on 2008x32 and it seems to be correctly setup. All packages are distributed to the DP, the DP has been assigned to the same boundary group as the old one. I have 4 other DPs functioning on separate boundary groups with no issues. The only changes were adding the new DP and removing the old one.

OSD is failing on this new one claiming, The system cannot find the file specified.

Here is a copy of the pertinent lines from the smsts.log. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Actually, the TS is not failing to find the content, it's receiving an error code of 500 when trying to acquire the content. 500 is an HTTP return code meaning there is something wrong on the web server, IIS on the DP in this case. Thus, you need to check the health and configuration of this new DP and fix whatever is
